I’m a sophomore Forensics undergrad at USM looking to be an addition to some family villages this summer & help take the load off! I have experience with child care, helping to raise my two younger siblings since the age of 12! I love looking after the youth & understand how important it is to make sure your child has the best supervision, support and care. I currently reside in Jackson, MS but am open to traveling to surrounding areas such as Clinton, Ridgeland and Pearl. I am willing to take on whatever challenges that come with making sure your child(ren) stay(s) connected in your absence!

I love activities that incorporate learning and comprehension building! This included things like hopscotch, play baking and I spy!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the kids still feel that love and support even in the absence of their parental guardian. Sometimes life gets busy, unexpected obstacles arise, or maybe you just need an extra set of hands! Whatever the case may be, providing temporary sustenance still needs to resemble the real thing!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was during last year’s spring break. I was helping my great aunt with a spring fest event for ages 5-12. The event included many games and water slides. A smaller child that I had been helping navigate through the crowd throughout the day decided that she wanted to try a water slide which I knew was too big for her to take on alone. After careful consideration & thoughts on wearing wet clothes for the rest of the event, I decided that fulfilling her dreams were much more important! We climbed to the top together and I sat down with her on my lap, ready to slide! The laughter and joy that overcame her as we made it to the bottom will always be remembered. I’m grateful to have been able to help her enjoy herself even when she felt out of place!
