Creating a bond with kids! Memorable moments for me are when kids feel safe with me! funny/weird story, I used to nanny for a family friend and their kid would always have stomach pains for no apparent reason, turns out they were just very shy and embarrassed to pass gas! When i got to know their little girl and created a bond, she would pass gas like there was no tomorrow.. so now my #1 rule is to make sure kids feel safe and comfortable with me.
