"Alejandra cared for our son since he was 6 months old until he started preschool this fall. She’s warm and kind, and kept him engaged all the time - he lit up and when he saw her. She’s an experienced nanny who advised me many times about his development and timing for trying new things. She was always noting any changes in his behavior/eating/sleep patterns to discuss with us. She is a lovely person and I felt totally safe with him in her care. Ale has 12+ years of experience as a nanny in CA. Her last family included 2 young children and their glowing references were part of what drew us to her. Ale is infant CPR Certified and experienced with an epi-pen. This was huge for us, as our son had several dangerous food allergies.
