The most important part about being a nanny...
This job would be my first nanny position. However, my favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow and achieve their goals. For example, I had a 5 year old student who was frustrated that she could not jump rope. Instead of brushing her off and telling her to work harder, I took the time to show her how to jump rope. I encouraged her to practice and keep trying even if she tripped. Eventually, she mastered jump roping and felt so accomplished!
