More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have hands-on experience caring for children, as I helped look after my newborn nephew until he was 7 years old. During that time, I assisted with feeding, diaper changes, bedtime routines, school preparation, and engaging in fun and educational activities. This experience has given me a deep understanding of childcare at different stages, from infancy to early childhood.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy drawing and painting with them, as I am an artist myself. I also love teaching them a second language if asked by parents since I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
The most important part about being a nanny...
creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. It’s not just about supervising them, but also about being a positive influence.
My experience with special needs children...
While I don’t have formal training in special needs childcare, I have experience caring for special needs children through my mother, who was a special education teacher and also nannied special needs children at home. She taught me how to be patient, attentive, and supportive, and I often helped care for the children when she was busy. This experience gave me a strong understanding of how to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for children with different needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was painting and drawing with one of my kids. I loved teaching him the basics of colors and shapes, and seeing his creativity come to life was so special. It was amazing to watch him go from simple scribbles to proudly creating little masterpieces. Those moments not only helped him develop fine motor skills but also created a wonderful bond between us through art.

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Mt. Juliet, TN: Sharin H.
Hi! I’m Sharin, and I truly enjoy working with children. In college, I was a nanny for a family with three children ages 6, 8, and 11, and I also worked at an elementary special needs camp. After becoming a mom, I took time to raise my own children, who are now both in school. I’m excited to get back to caring for kids and supporting another family.
I love keeping children active and engaged through crafts, reading, outdoor play, trips to parks, libraries, and other fun activities. My goal is to create a safe, positive environment where kids can learn, have fun, and feel cared for. I’m dependable, patient, organized, and would love to become a trusted part of your family’s routine.

Part-Time Nanny Available in Mt. Juliet, TN: Virgina C.
Hi, I’m Baker! I’m a college graduate preparing for law school with a focus on healthcare law. I previously worked full-time as a Medical Assistant at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, where I cared for children of all ages, especially infants.
I’m certified in First Aid, CPR, PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). These certifications mean I’m trained to assess and respond to pediatric medical emergencies, from early intervention to advanced life-saving measures. I stay calm under pressure and handle emergencies with confidence.
Beyond my medical background, I have a passion for working with children. In my free time, I enjoy art, horseback riding, and spending time with my sweet puppy, Hank. With my degree and hands-on experience, I’m looking for a nannying opportunity where I can support families while doing what I love.
