A little bit about me

I just moved here from Los Angeles. I have been a Nanny off and on from every age from new born, toddler to tweens, and teens. I have been a single mom and always had children at my home. In L.A. I was booked for high end clients that I had to sign Non disclosure agreements with. My salary was much higher there because the clientele were mostly in the entertainment industry.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve been a nanny for 15+ years. I have taken care of newborns, twins, toddlers teens, tweens and adult children with special needs. I was also a tutor for a different aged children during the pandemic. I am very calm during any emergency situations. I am a great listener as far as directions from parents I am animated. The children will always do their homework, and I’m there for them, and I am extremely attentive and engaged with kids! I am also a pet sitter, so there is no problem with me, taking care of the families, “other children”!
I do like cleaning if needed. I will also do the light cooking. I am not the best cook. I will leave that to the professionals.😄

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Anything that opens the door to their imagination. Building, painting, writing, role playing, reading of course, outdoor physical activities is a given! I love to nourish their passions and let them explore themselves as little humans!

The most important part about being a nanny...

For the children, that they never feel neglected, or ignored, when I take care of them. That they are never out of my sight. And I hope that they will always feel comfortable enough to come to me when they have problems & feel that they enjoy having me around! As far as the parents are concerned, I hope to earn their trust and that takes time. If they have a disciplinary plan in place and daily routine, I will follow that exactly according to their directions. I want the parents to feel free of worry, stress when I take care of their precious children, pets and homes.. I am there to alleviate any doubts for the parents that their children will be safe and secure and happy while in my care.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When one of my kids, who was 6, told me he loved me and he never wanted me to leave.. The picture I have of the two of us is one of my favorites of all times. You can see that we really loved each other.
