A little bit about me

I have five years of experience working with toddlers and infants. And what an exciting time this is! It’s amazing to watch the speed at which their minds develop. Each child, their own unique person right from the start. To be involved in such growth is humbling. It encourages me to be in a constant pursuit of growth, to always find ways to improve myself as a caretaker. With each position held my knowledge on developmental milestones expands. I have a slew of activities in my metaphorical handbag for reaching and surpassing these milestones. Of course, each child’s distinct interests affect which activities I pull – learning should be collaborative and fun! It is important to me to be adaptable to the child’s and family’s needs while also fostering a safe, stable environment with clear boundaries and lots of love.
