Hello!
I’m a Maritimer, born and raised:)
I’m a certifying delivery&postpartum doula and I’ve been caring for children my whole life.
I love the outdoors, art, languages, music (play two instruments and teach music as well), creative writing and cooking/baking.
I’ve worked in a bakery for a couple of years so I’m quite comfortable in the kitchen and I’ve worked on a dairy farm so I’m not afraid of hard work!
I have worked as a nanny before as well as with little ones through the foster care system as a respite worker and babysitter.
I have my Food Handlers certification, CPR, criminal record check, IPAC, and I am a trained swim instructor.
I’m excited to start a new adventure with a family that needs me:)

The most important part about being a nanny...

I know I’m doing my job well if the family is better able to connect with each other.
I aim to take the pressure off of the parents so that they are fully equipped to enjoy their family time.
I also think it is very important to have educational games, toys, and outings so that the children can have fun learning and be eager students when the time comes.
I personally believe that, if it is at all possible, the space I am in ought to be left better than I found it. Although that is to never be at the expense of nurturing the children.
