"Alexis worked in the nursery and childcare for our Classical Conversations campus two consecutive years, until she graduated with her phlebotomy degree and moved away. She was always punctual, responsible, extremely nurturing and creative with children, and just a bright light at the campus. She watched multiple children from 8am to 1pm ages 0 to 4, and in the afternoon she would watch up to 13 children with another adult, ages 0 to 8. She always had crafts ready and projects planned for them.
From there, I personally, took Alexis to be a babysitter for my three children at home on an as-needed basis. We never had an issue with her and would take her back in a heartbeat if she was closer."

My time as a nanny for the Paasch family, where I cared for two young boys (ages 1 and 3), planning fun learning activities, assisting with meals, and transporting them to activities. I also served as a preschool teacher with Classical Conversations in Elkhorn, where I developed and implemented lesson plans and supervised groups of children ages 1–10. In addition, I worked as a day care provider with Classical Conversations at Old Mill, caring for children ages 1–8 in a structured, play-based environment.

I love creating fun and educational activities that encourage imagination and learning. Some of my favorites include reading books together, doing arts and crafts, playing outdoor games, going on walks or to the park, baking simple treats, and organizing creative play or sensory activities. I also enjoy helping with age-appropriate learning games, music, and simple science or nature projects that spark curiosity. I was homeschooled most of my schooling years, so I am great at developing new and fun activities!
