bonding and helping the kids grow to the fullest of their capabilities, being a kid is one of the hardest parts of life. fundamentals are a big part of it! showing healthy ways to deal with anger or sadness is something a lot of kids have learned with me. healthy ways to express emotions , i believe as a nanny you’re truly helping this child grow and see the world from an outside perspective so being a positive outlet is a massive part of it !

i have 2 nephews who have dealt with autism their whole lives and i understand you have to be more understanding and gentle with children who have special needs. they deserve to be treated just as equal as everyone else does
