In 2017 I worked with kids at a school in Nogales, Mexico for a month.
In 2017 I also worked at an orphanage in Peru with kids age 4-10 for 2 weeks.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Taking them on walks, finding fruit trees, reading story books, tactile activities such as homemade play dough, cooking together, ect... I love to play with the kids outside as much as we can! I also can speak basic Spanish and would love to teach the kids as much as I know!

One of my favorite moments of nannying was just yesterday when a 2 year old girl I was taking care of woke up from her nap extremely cranky! I did my best to keep a positive attitude in order to keep her spirits up, but she was just not a happy camper. 20 minutes later, she was half asleep in my lap while I read to her. I haven’t known her for long, so I was pleasantly surprised that she was comfortable enough with me to do that.
