I started volunteering on Sundays in the childcare rooms for church as well as the summer camps when I entered the 6th grade. Since then I have continued with this which also sparked many side babysitting jobs.

I love to do projects and activities that I find on Pinterest with the kiddos. I was a very imaginative child so it helps me to play make believe with kids now because I know how much I loved it! Taking walks and scooter rides to the park and exploring outside is always a wonderful daily activity I like to do with them as well.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Recently, a funny moment was when I showed these two girls the movie Aristocats after they got the whole set of toys. Literally at the end of it I realized it was playing in a whole different language the whole time and they didn’t even realize! Oops. One of my sweet moments was when my little 3 year old randomly told me I was a part of their family. It just wanted my heart and reminded me how important and special being a nanny is to me and the family.
