The most important part of being a nanny to me is building a genuine connection with the children I care for. I love getting to know their personalities, interests, and routines while creating a relationship where they feel safe, comfortable, and excited to see me. Watching a child slowly learn to trust you over time and seeing their excitement when you walk through the door is such a rewarding feeling. I believe that a strong bond helps children feel supported, valued, and cared for.
