The most important part about being a nanny...
For me the most important part is to not let child harm him/herself and making him finish his meals properly. Also not letting them not to watch tv or mobile phone for more then 30 minutes a day.

I don't have any experience babysitting a special need child but my niece is a one so me and all my family members are well aware of how to deal with him.
