The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part about being a nanny is making the kids feel safe. Like there with a family member. I think making memories is very important. And a bonus is making mom and dads life a little bit easier knowing there kids are happy and taken care of while there at work/ busy.
My experience with special needs children...
I do have some experience with special needs children. I worked at a ymca day camp for 2 summers! It was such an amazing experience! My daughter also is autistic.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my most memorable moments would have to be one of our trips to the zoo. One of the kids i watched had never been and his excitement and facial expressions made it all worth it! my job isn't just about caring for the kids it's helping the parents so there life can be a bit easier knowing there kids are in good hands.
