"Where to begin... We absolutely ADORE Alli! She has been our full-time nanny for the past year. We have 4 children that she takes care of daily (Mon-Fri). During the day: She keeps our 1yo and 3yo at home. Once a week she takes them on play dates/outings, they do "school" time every day and they play outside anytime the weather is good. She picks our 6yo & 7yo up from school every afternoon (their school is 30 minutes away from our house). Once the kids get back home, she has them get their chores done. She, also, teaches our kids about God, the Fruits of the Spirit, Forgiving, Asking for Forgiveness, Loving Unconditionally, Having Control of Their Emotions...and so much more. Alli has truly been the biggest blessing to our family during this past year. She has become a part of our family; we all love her so much!! She has made a large impact in our lives, and we will always cherish the friendship that we have formed! She is our forever sister in Christ! *I am now a stay-at-home mom*"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have 10 years of childcare experience, including working as a full-time nanny, preschool teacher, day camp counselor, and support teacher. I’ve had the joy of caring for children from infancy through elementary ages, and I truly love supporting kids as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
In my nanny roles, I focus on creating engaging, developmentally appropriate days—things like outdoor play, park adventures, reading together, art projects, and imaginative play. My time working in preschool classrooms also shaped how I approach childcare, helping me intentionally support developmental milestones and social-emotional growth.
I also love spending time outdoors with kids and encouraging curiosity about the world around them. During my years as a camp counselor, I led activities, games, and group experiences that helped kids build confidence, friendships, and creativity.

The most important part about being a nanny...
It is important to make kids feel loved and ensure they know they are important and valued. Also, it is crucial to help them become good people. Help them learn to regulate their emotions and how to treat others well.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would be hard to pick. One of the first that comes to mind is actually a memory outside of work hours. I had the chance to go to my littles birthday party and after I had said good-bye I received a text from the mom. She was telling me that they got in the car and the oldest daughter looked at them and said "Alli's really our family huh??" I just about cried! I felt so loved.
One of my favorite during work moments would have to be this: one week my sweet little 3-year old started to give me gifts at the end of the day that I needed to bring back to her. It was so sweet because she was just trying to ensure I was coming back. Her mom and I explained I was coming back whether she gave me a gift or not. She was so happy, and excited to see me each day. I just loved her and getting to be so consistent in her life.
