I worked as an elementary school early morning orchestra teacher as well as a middle school choir teacher. I am currently in online school studying pediatric nursing! I’ve nannied for multiple families over the past 8 years and am looking for a new one to come help out.

I enjoy crafting with kids! Seeing their brains come up with new ideas and how they interpret the project. I love reading to kids as well!
The most important part about being a nanny...
For me the most important part is keeping the kids safe of course, and then keeping them engaged! I believe that if a kid has their hands full (not with screens) that it makes my job easier, and keeps the kid happier longer.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked at a day program in St. George a couple years back and worked 1:1 with a couple of different cases with children with autism, limb disabilities, and Down syndrome.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is when I was nannying for this family who had a 4 year old. He kept saying he wanted a sandwich with peanut butter, ketchup, and pickles on it. I kept suggesting other things but he was adamant on him getting some proper food. I finally gave in and made his sandwich expecting to make something else right after for him, but he ended up enjoying it and asked for another one! It was a hilarious and humbling moment for sure.
