Hello! My names Allyse & I am a 22 year old woman looking to make the hectic life of a parent easier while caring for your child/children/pets. Although I am not a mom myself, I have always loved taking care of/being around kids. Children are so full of life, curiosity, and these years are absolutely substantial for growth and development. My approach to discipline is dubbed “gentle parenting.” I do not yell, I do not believe in time out but I do believe having the child understand why we do things the way we do in a calm & educating way as to not discourage them but to teach them. I would love to make an impact on a children's life as a nanny, wether that’s as simple as encouraging them and their interests or remembering me when they grow up saying, “Yeah, that nanny rocked!” I can accommodate to child allergies, light housekeeping, pets, meal prep, transportation, etc. My love for children is as equal to my love for animals!
