Hi! My name is Allyson, and I have over 12 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants through pre teens. I currently work as a full time nanny and household manager and genuinely love creating safe, engaging, and supportive environments where children can learn, grow, and feel valued.

My background includes extensive coursework in Psychology and Family Sciences, CPR and First Aid certification, and experience working with children with diverse needs and abilities, including ADHD, developmental differences, and children requiring additional support. I also have experience working with at risk youth.
