I grew up in a home immersed in Eastern medicine (my father was an Acupuncturist and my parents ran an Acupuncture and eastern herbs clinic). I caregave both of my parents full time and by myself for almost a decade (My father had Parkinson's and my mother has stage 5 Dementia).
