I have worked in day cares and public schools since 2009. I am a certified teacher in general education as well as in special education. I also have 2 beautiful children of my own.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy getting on the floor to pretend play. Whether its with blocks, a ball or an activity made of household supplies, a little imagination can turn it into anything! I also love developing speech with young children. I narrate everything we are doing to promote speech and vocabulary.

is communication with families. It's not easy sending your precious baby to someone else. That's why I listen to how parents want things done and keep all lines of communication open.

Cooking with a young brother and sister. Counting out the measurements, eating the ingredients, making a mess and then cleaning it up. Kids love to be little "helpers!"
