Since beginning my journey as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in October 2023, I have had the privilege of working with children ranging in age from 2 to 18 across all three levels of support needs. My dedication and enthusiasm for the field quickly led to a promotion, and in January 2025, I stepped into the role of Center Assistant while continuing to serve as an RBT IV. I now balance both roles—providing one-on-one therapy sessions in the mornings and assisting in center operations in the afternoons. My hands-on experience, combined with my academic background, continues to fuel my commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families I support.
