For older kids I enjoy going to the park, playing catch, board games, video games, imaginative play for both older and younger kids. Tummy time for babies, floor play, sensory toys and block play.

I have first hand experience with children with special needs as a mother to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My son requires many therapies that I have been a part of and attended for almost 5 years. I have gone through many parent training sessions over years where I have learned coping mechanisms for myself and my son.
