My favorite moment was when I had a 3 year old come up to me and tell me that he went skiing with his family so I asked what he did and if he had fun and he said "yeah, I needed my floaties to stay up" and I quickly realized he was talking about swimming. So I helped him learn the difference between skiing and swimming and he gave me a hug and said "I love you" and walked away with his animal crackers in hand.
