The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is to support the parents in what they need for their kids. Making sure the kids are loved, taken care of and safe so the parents don’t have to worry when they are away. Being a working parent is difficult and you put a lot of trust in who you leave your kids with. It’s important that trust is never broken.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked at a severe special needs school for the past year. I currently work respite once a week. During my time teaching elementary school I worked with a variety of students on the spectrum within the general education classroom.
