A little bit about me

As for child care, I have years of experience with children of all ages and backgrounds. I worked at an after-school program as a teacher's aid where school-age children would come to get help with socializing, academic aid, or a safe place to stay until parents were available. This experience helped me throughout my undergraduate degree, which is in Family Studies from Brigham Young University. There I learned so much about ways to interact with children and what can be done to help them in learning about academic and life skills. Currently, I am attending California State University: Los Angeles studying in their graduate Child Development program. Already, I have learned more about how children develop and important ways to help them be better set-up for success. These skills make me able to join a family and care for the children in the best possible way to meet parents' expectations based on proven and academic supported methods.
