I've been babysitting since the 1990s, but I don't put babysitting experience with nanny experience, because they are two different tasks.

I've also worked in daycares but find serving families as a nanny much more rewarding and enjoyable.

My experience with special needs children...

Mainly, the children with whom had special needs were on the autistic spectrum. While there is a range of challenges, my experiences were helping them with sensory integration, helping them through overstimulating situations, and helping them through expressing emotions verbally.
