A little bit about me

I have worked with children my whole life, starting out volunteering for my area's soccer organization. From there, I have worked within both the childcare setting, along with working in the public school system as a special education teacher's assistant. I understand the need for structure, routine, and consistency, while still looking for fun ways to have fun.

I've always loved working with kids, and find the job very rewarding. There's so many things you get to experience when working with kids that you won't have in other professions, and it's just as important to build strong bonds and trust with the family as well as the child/children.

I have been working towards learning basic ASL, love being able to help children learn, and helping them grow.
