The most important part is remembering to do what the family wants the most whether it’s specific rules set, duties with the kids and around the house etc. and making sure it’s done correctly, but also remembering to have fun and keeping the environment safe, warm and inviting that way the children and the parents feel comfortable having me around, basically becoming a part of the fam!
