I was a nanny for my neighbor for a little over 4 years. Her son was 9 when I started to nanny. The best memories that job gave me was helping this child get over his fear of stairs and his love for just dance.

This ties into my experience with special needs children but my favorite nanny memory is helping a child get over his fear of stairs. When I helped him down the stairs and he started doing it himself I pulled out my phone to record and his mother was just over the moon!
