My name is Amelia. I go by Amy. I’m a mom of five wonderful children. Four are adults & fully on their own. My youngest son still lives at home and is a senior in high school.
I’m a blessed grandma and have seven adorable grandchildren that I love with all my heart.
My qualities are very caring of people and very patient and I enjoy working with both children and the elderly.
My last job as a caregiver was in [phone number hidden] to a wonderful woman that was 94. I enjoyed our conversations as she remembered her past and how she raised a family.
I prepared light small meals for her. We watched her favorite Andy Griffith show reruns over and over and laughed together and sometimes cried.
Helped in dressing, assisted to the bathroom and to sit on the porch in the evenings to watch the birds feed off her birds feeder.
I’m looking for a partime position as a caretaker or sitter.
