Hi im Amirah redd im originally from maryland but i have lived in new york on and off for couple years.I started being interested in childcare when i was always babysitting for older family members like there children.And at age 21 i lived in Pennsylvania and i worked at local daycare todays new start learning center from june 2021 to july 2022 i was cook and teacher assistant and then i left and came back i had little bit experience in retail and cashiering for about 1 and 1/2. Most recently moved on from a job i had 2 years ago i started that September 2024 as cook till February 2025 and i just wanted to be around the kids more so i transitioned into as teacher assistant and unfortunately because how i was treated and the unhealthy environment between staff and director i choose to leave that job because i love kids but respectfully i cant thrive in environment were everyone cant respect each other especially around children its inappropriate in the workplace and im not like that.
