Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have volunteered through Wood County Parks District as a volunteer at Carter Historic Farm camp, the Wood County Library for their summer reading program, and previously worked at Swan Creek Metropark where I supervised children on the playground and children attending special events such as family reunions and birthdays. This is in addition to babysitting for numerous families and my younger cousins (who are now 11 & 15) since I was in high school.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Reading aloud, coloring books, crafting, board games, puzzles, and dance parties to name a few! I own a Nintendo Switch and many Mario games such as kart, party, and wonder. I also think it’s important to include children in the process of chores, but to make it fun and only to the degree they are capable of!

While volunteering at Carter Historic Farm, our kids came up with so many inside jokes. My favorite was when they’d imitate the goats bleating and have full conversations in goat-speak!
