FASNY (After School Counselor): I currently work as an After School Counselor at a bilingual school in Larchmont, where I supervise and engage kids in PreK through 3rd grade during activities, snack time, and free play each afternoon. It's given me hands-on, everyday experience keeping a group of young kids safe, engaged, and having fun in a structured setting.
CEDAR Lab: As a Research Assistant at UChicago, I worked one-on-one with kids as study participants, guiding them through sessions and making sure they felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. It taught me how to keep kids engaged and put them at ease, even in a new or unfamiliar setting.
