Be a role model for them. I know most of the time their parents are not home because they are working. I like to make sure that I teach them good manners, good ways to speak and not say bad words, how to get disciplined when they do something bad and teach them how to improve that. But most of all give the love, appreciation, care, attention so they don't feel the absence of their parents.
