The most important part of being a nanny to me is creating a safe, loving, and consistent environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I believe building trust with both the kids and the parents is essential. I also think routines, patience, and positive encouragement are very important, especially with young children. Knowing that parents can feel confident leaving their children in my care and that the kids feel happy and supported is what matters most to me!
