The most important part about being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with both the child and family when a child feels safe, loved and supported they can thrive, emotionally socially in intelligently my role goes beyond just supervision. The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my best moments as a nanny was when I helped a shy reserve child come out of their shell when I started they barely spoke and were hesitant to try new things. I spent time really getting to know them reading their favorite books, playing quiet games and gently encouraging them to explore Overtime. They started opening up, laughing more saying that transformation and knowing I helped build their confidence is something I’ll never forget. It reminded me how powerful patience, trust and consistency can be in a child’s life.
