"Extremely reliable, interactive, trustworthy, super flexible hours and on short notice. I have 3 kids - ages 3 - 7. She watched my youngest since the time he was born, and they absolutely adore Ana. Their eyes light up when they know she's coming over! There are times I trust Ana with my kids more than my own mom! There's never a moment she is not playing or doing something with my kids. She will even come over at 430am to help me when my husband is away traveling for work. This was while she was in high school, taking college courses, and working part time, with additional babysitting jobs too. Her time management and communication is not like most teens her age, in the best way possible! I will be extremely sad to lose her to a nanny position. But whoever hires her will be in the best hands! Ana is amazing!"
