In my opinion, the most important part about being a nanny is creating a relationship with the children. My goal is to make the child/children feel comfortable with me. I also believe that it is important for a nanny to be hands on, meaning that I play with the kid(s) and come up with ways to influence creativity opposed to being in front of a screen.
