A little bit about me

I have always had a huge heart for children, they are a gift from the Lord - even the ones that can be a little rough around the edges. I am not above drawing a face on my hand with the sharpie I keep in my purse and getting on my knees to do an impromptu puppet show in the middle of a busy bowling alley to calm the tears of a 5 year old. I love every age - there is something very special about each phase. I believe love, kindness and silliness can cure just about anything. I am very protective and would care for your child like my own. My family and I recently relocated to Texas from California - don’t worry, we left the CA politics in CA. I have two children, 7 and 11 years old, 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, 1 cat, and 9 very Italian tempered fish. (I can say that because I’m Italian - well mostly.) I homeschool my children on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, which is why I can only work M, W, F. I have been through CPR training many times and will be taking a refresher course next month.
