I have over 10 years experience, mainly with infants and toddlers (6 weeks to 4 years)! I have 6 years experience caring for up to 5 children at once (all under 5 years old)! My responsibilities included suppling proper nutrition, clean & sanitize all surface areas & toys daily, deal with & handle behavioral issues in an appropriate calming manner, incorporate learning opportunities using the children's natural inclination to play, create & implement activities & lessons that simultaneously engage & educate children, design weekly/monthly curriculums, help children learn to be independent & socially involved with other children, teach language acquisition development (taught sign language as well), create fun & educational games & crafts, teach letters, numbers, colors, shapes, animals & noises etc, teach manners & other socially appropriate behaviors!
