Hi, I really enjoy doing many things with child like arts n crafts, reading, playing outside and baking sweet treats.

* When it comes to baking and cooking I am really good with allergies. I did work with someone who had celiac disease, so I am great with substituting different foods so no one is felt out!!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe one of the most important parts of being a nanny is having open and honest communication with the parents. I want parents to feel completely comfortable and confident knowing their children are in my care, so I’m always willing to listen, communicate updates, and follow the routines and expectations they have for their family. At the same time, I think it’s just as important for the children to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for around me. Building trust with both the parents and the children is something I truly value, and I want every family I work with to feel respected, heard, and at ease.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working in two group homes with individuals who have a variety of special needs and medical conditions, including people with autism, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and multiple immune-related conditions. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how important it is to be patient, understanding, compassionate, and attentive to each person’s individual needs. I’m comfortable providing support, staying calm in challenging situations, and making sure the person feels respected, safe, and cared for. I truly enjoy working with people and feel confident that my experience would allow me to provide the care and support they need.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite parts of being a nanny is getting to share something with a child that I loved when I was their age.Whether it’s a favorite game, activity, movie, or little tradition, I love being able to introduce them to something that once made me happy. Seeing that little spark of interest or excitement on their face when they discover that they love it too is such a special feeling.It makes me happy knowing I can create those fun, meaningful memories with them and be a part of their childhood in a positive way.
