The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part about being a nanny is witnessing and nurturing individuality — experiencing them as they are, allowing them to express themselves, and helping them grow into who they are meant to be. My perceptiveness and intuition allow me to see children deeply, not just as kids to care for but as unique individuals with their own inner worlds, passions, and potential. It’s blend of upholding structure but also cultivating an environment where children feel safe, inspired, and supported in their own natural development.
