In that type of environment there was a set schedule. We had all 3 meals of breakfast, lunch and snack. In between those meals we had outside time, circle time which was all of our learning time, from colors and shapes to our days of the weeks and seasons! The most important part about being a nanny...
Creating and providing a loving and safe environment that’s also comfortable for every baby. Also communication between the parents and yourself is a very important thing and I see that it’s overlooked sometimes. It’s very important to not only have a relationship with the kids but also the parents. It makes it better for the children when they get along as well!
