The most important part about being a nanny is having patience. They are children at the end of the day who have a lot of energy and they should be able to let that energy go without feeling like they are doing something wrong.

I have had plenty of experience with children who have special needs. I have done an internship with children with all kinds of different needs from autism, ADHD, bipolar, and learning disabilities. They are all children that deserved to feel loved regardless of what challenges they face.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when me and the child I was watching at the time decorated cookies and they came out so bad but it was so bad to the point where we just had to laugh. After that we just went to get ice cream.
