Respecting the wishes of the family. Yes, being calm, patients, creative, help learning and developing are all important. However, especially mothers, have other people or family pushing their foundries all of the time. I want anyone who works with me to know they can rely on me to keep them informed and respect whatever boundaries they put in place.

In my personal life I have helped raise kiddos with ADHD and on the spectrum. In my jobs I have worked in ABA therapy as well.

In general I love doing crafts with the kiddos. So anytime we can break out and get a little messy with paints, or creating something for their grown ups, making holiday crafts or something special for grownups to hang, those are my favorite times.
