I think it is important to help children to feel safe and to take risks. A nanny should follow the child and give the child freedom within limits. Being a nanny involves helping children to become more independent.

I recently enjoyed singing along with a two year old as she told Siri to play all of her favorite songs. We had so much fun laughing and singing!
