Hello, my name is Annie Heilman and I currently attend Boise State University majoring in Kinesiology to pursue pediatric occupational therapy. I love working with kids and being able to watch them learn and grow into who they want to become. That being said, I have also been coaching for three years now, which means I love being able to watch my players learn and grow into the sport they love also being able to enjoy something they want to continue. Overall, I enjoy my experiences with working with kids and being able to see their hard work and dedication pay off for what they love to do.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have experience with child care from previous nanny jobs as well as coaching. I have worked with the ages from five years and younger when it comes to babysitting/nannying. Then, with coaching I have been working with the ages of thirteen to sixteen year olds. I love being able to watch them learn and grow as well as being themselves and enjoying the little things.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love being able to stay outdoors when the weather is nice. This can include going to the park, swimming, doing chalk on the sidewalks, bubbles, anything that the kids would also enjoy. If the weather is not the greatest, then I love being able to play games, watch and play toys, and some little extra things. Although, I am pretty easy when it comes to having the kid want to do their own thing and I will go along with them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny to me is being able to provide the love and care each child needs and deserves. I love being able to be apart of their lives and watch them learn and grow as an individual. They make my job a lot more enjoyable and fun to be around with their imagination and playfulness.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment, was being able to take my boys at the time I nannied to the store and being able to get them a toy before I left for school. We ended up playing with those toys for the rest of the day before I left. Another favorite moment was being able to go see the goats and cows everyday when I got there first thing in the morning. We would walk to the little farm area and feed them carrots and apples.
