A little bit about me…Hello! My name is Annie Tippetts and and I'm a college student attending the University of Arizona. Im from Washington State and 19 years old. Before I moved to Tucson I worked as a nanny for two amazing boys for about a year and a half. I used to take them out for lunch, daily outside actives, and fun challenges to keep us entertained. I work well with younger children and will always leave your house cleaner than when I arrived! I grew up playing many sports but spent most of my time as a competitive dancer. My senior year I started to work at my dance studio teaching kids camp and working with the children. Im looking for a part time job after my classes or on the weekend. Activities I enjoy doing with children…I love to go hiking, play sports, walk the pets, and even ride bikes or scooters. I love to play tag, dress up, and even fashion show.
The most important part about being a nanny…The most important part about being a nanny is to keep the children safe and happy while creating a genuine connection with the kids!
My experience with special needs children…I do not have a ton of experience with special needs children, however I still think I could be a amazing nanny and friend to them along with providing any support they might need.
My favorite nanny moment…My favorite memory as a nanny is hosting a girls sleepover party. The parents went out of town overnight and I hosted 5 ten year old girls for the night. We got to eat cake, play barbie, and watch movies all night long.
