I have over 5 years of experience working with children with disabilities and currently work as a Direct Support Technician, helping teens, young adults, and adults with autism and special needs build independence. For the past 2 years, I have also volunteered as an administrative staff member in youth ministry, serving nursery through high school ages, and as president, I organized events, coordinated activities, and provided both hands-on and administrative support.
